I cannot say enough good things about Equity Roofing and their incredible crew! Terrell, Trevor, Jesse, and Eddy were absolutely amazing from beginning to end. These guys were professional, friendly, respectful, hardworking, and truly went above and beyond. They worked efficiently as a team, paid attention to the details, and took real pride in their work. They were also wonderful to deal with, and their positive attitudes made the entire experience that much better.

They worked hard, got the job done, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. It is refreshing to see a crew that takes their job seriously, treats customers so well, and genuinely cares about doing things right. Their teamwork and work ethic were exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

"So far so good. The work was done on my roof today. Cleaned, coated, repaired the roof, and cleaned the gutters, also installed gutter guards. Both of the gentlemen were very pleasant, polite, and professional. They were here very early and ready to go. I reviewed the photos and the job looks very good! "Had Equity Roofing do our roof and gutters about a year ago. Recently, I had a leak and I incorrectly assumed it was the roof leaking. Equity sent Eddie out very quickly to take a look at the leak. Eddie spent some time diagnosing the issue and found that it was not the roof that was leaking but flashing on a window! Eddie was nice enough to throw some caulk on as a band-aid until I could get the window replaced. Overall 5+ stars for equity. I use them for all my home repairs if I could."

"If you are evaluating roofing companies, I recommend obtaining multiple quotes and carefully researching each contractor before making a decision. Verify that they have a physical business address, a valid Pennsylvania contractor’s license, and a strong reputation through resources such as the Better Business Bureau. It is also important to understand who will actually perform the work, as some companies subcontract projects without clearly communicating this to homeowners.

I chose Equity Roofing for several reasons:

1. Personnel: Every team member I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

2. Comprehensive Proposal: My estimate was exceptionally detailed, spanning 34 pages and including aerial images of my home, descriptions of the required work, safety procedures, staff contact information, material specifications, package options with transparent pricing, a military discount, and a Certificate of Workmanship Warranty.

3. Professional Project Management: Equity Roofing uses CompanyCam Project Timeline, which provides real-time jobsite updates and photos. Since I currently live in Texas, this feature allowed me to monitor progress remotely and share updates with family and friends. When additional underlayment was unexpectedly needed on my porch roofs, the Project Manager, Jesse, promptly notified me, provided a detailed assessment of the materials and labor required, and submitted a change order only after receiving my approval. This level of communication and transparency reflects true professionalism.

My Pennsylvania Victorian home's original slate roof lasted an impressive 116 years. To honor its legacy while complementing future exterior improvements, I selected Williamsburg Grey Owens Corning Duration shingles, along with a 6-inch white gutter system featuring Gutter RX leaf guards and white aluminum fascia. I am totally ECSTATIC with the final result and the quality of the workmanship."

"On the morning Equity was scheduled to install my roof, they concluded that the existing roof was sound and the leaks were originating elsewhere. Another company would have installed the new roof and taken the money without solving the issue. Another company might not have had the expertise to evaluate the roof properly. Instead, Equity returned my deposit. They demonstrated tremendous integrity in the transaction, were unfailingly polite and communicated each step of the process in real time. "The crew from Equity Roofing did an excellent job of replacing our roof for both our house and pavilion. Trevor - the crew Foreman - sent me numerous photos (94) as they began, and progressed with the work. There were several places where the wood had been rotted, so they were replaced (no additional charge). There was plenty of netting and tarps layed out to protect our property as well. I highly recommend them, from the initial inquiry for a quote, the quoting process itself, and my final inspection to see that everything was completed to our liking."

"They were very professional. I called them, they came and looked over our issue, gave us an estimate, and scheduled the work. When the work was scheduled, they were there on time, and completed the job within the time limit. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves and we're very careful not to damage anything on my property. I had expressed concern about how soft the grass is this time of year and not wanting ruts in my yard. They seated the area with plywood so that they wouldn't make any ruts"

"This cupola wasn't in the best shape when a wind storm came through and broke several louvers. I had no idea what all was broken on it until Equity Roofing came out very promptly to give me an estimate. There were screws coming loose and an issue with a sealant used at the base which would not allow proper drainage of any water that could potentially blow inside. We had a few weather delays, but they still managed to climb on the roof and take the cupola down for repairs at the shop, then brought it back to reinstall the same day. It looks beautiful now. I appreciated the consistent communication, and photos to keep me updated with the process."

"We had our roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters replaced by Equity. Everyone was very professional. The crew showed up early and worked very hard. They put tarp all around the house and cleaned up afterward. Braedon, the site supervisor, kept us informed the whole time. I appreciated the pictures on the company cam so we can see the work up on the roof instead of climbing up there. Once everything was done Braedon did a walkthrough and explained everything and allowed time for questions. Everything was done in 2 days as expected. Thank you Equity Roofing for all your hard work. "I got 4 quotes and decided to go with Equity for a full metal roof replacement. Ryan, the salesman, came out and did a thorough inspection and helped meet our particular needs. "I actually had a meeting with Ryan lehman who was the representative for equity roofing and I cannot say enough about this young man thoroughly professional. I did not feel pressured. I did not feel like he was in a hurry. He answered my questions. My wife had her own questions and he presented everything very professionally where we at first were looking at doing a shingle. We ended up going with metal roofing due to the fact that it has come down in price and with the investigation around the home for what we had at present. I was very impressed with Ryan who went above and beyond getting into my attic looking for potential problems and it was because of this extra effort that this young man took and with the price of metal coming down we decided to go with equity roofing. Got to their specific assignments and seemed to move very smoothly. "From start to finish these guys were amazing! The crew that did the install were efficient, thorough, friendly, and polite. They had the entire roof completed in one day, and when they left you couldn't even tell they had been here besides the new roof. They made sure everything was cleaned up completely from my yard, my deck to my window sills, everything was cleaned up. I'm sure some was probably cleaner after they left then before they arrived! When Chris, the site inspector, came to check the job, he was so nice and answered my questions without any hesitation. You can tell these are good people that take pride in what they do. "As you can see, I have a very unique colored house, and this company went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure the paint on the house was perfect after they finished installing my roof.
