Fairmount East Apartments
At the Fairmount East Apartments in State College, Pa, we removed two layers of shingle tear-off, repaired the decking, and installed a new CertainTeed Landmark roof with new counter flashing. Several of the tenants commented that while they were expecting a month or more of mess and noise, they were pleasantly surprised that we finished up even the last details in less than five days.
